As you can see that mean girls a main stream production has a lot more credits than the independent film of My Brother the Devil, this is due to the fact that Mean girls had a lot more budget than the independent film so they could employ more people to make the film better. Mean Girls had the budget of $17 million which shows that they're a mainstream film that was funding by a conglomerate company.  So the differences are that the low budget film has less of a film crew than the more mainstream film of Mean Girls. It misses people such as costume designers and music supervisors and director of photographies. However some of the similarities are that they both have the core and compulsory people in the film crew, such as the directors, producers and writers.
